Meet The Team
Gareth Carson
Position: Head of Operations
Gareth has been in the security industry for 20 years and started with SEP when it began in 2012. He’s grown with the business, originally starting on the vans and now our Head of Operations.
When away from work he enjoys spending time with his family and is a regular at Bolton Wanderers FC.
Dan King
Position: Assistant Head of Operations
Dan grew up in Burnley and was a keen rugby player until recently swapping his boots for golf clubs. He can be found hacking his way around local courses.
Before joining in 2018, Dan oversaw repossession oversight for several key lenders/banks. He’s now responsible for the Management of the office and assisting with legal issues.
Craig Duffield
Position: UK Alarms Manager
Craig recently moved from Manchester to Cleveleys and is a keen Manchester City fan. Although too long in the tooth to play football he now completes DIY projects around his home.
Craig has over 25 years experience in the security industry and joined SEP in 2020. Responsible for the technical alarm and visual verification side of the business.
Adam Smith
Position: Assistant UK Alarms Manager
Adam grew up in Manchester and joined SEP at the start of 2022. He’s been in the security industry since 2008 specialising in remote monitoring. Working for some of the largest security companies in the UK.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys competing in RC Car Racing across the UK, Mountain Biking, Snowboarding and Thai boxing.
Roland Parker
Position: eCommerce Manager
Roland grew up in rural Lancashire and joined the team in 2022. After getting a degree in Industrial Design from Loughborough University he entered the marketing industry. Roland runs the CLS Online website and designs and implements our digital marketing campaigns.
In his spare time, he can be found rock climbing in the Yorkshire Dales or playing part-time gamekeeper.
