Rural crime policing team launched in Cumbria
Cumbria Police has created a new team dedicated to tackling rural crime.
The Rural Crime Team is being launched during National Rural Crime Week which runs from 18 to 24 September and officers will be working under Operation Lantern, the constabulary’s operation to target rural incidents.
